The challenge was to create key art and social media carousels that feature products from the Atomic sub-brand.

THE PROCESS

The project started with conducting comprehensive research on the Atomic Sub-brand, including reviewing brand guidelines and strategy decks that cover each of the featured products. This helped inform the decision-making process when it came to designing in order to remain consistent with the DeWalt brand identity.

The design process involved experimenting with different textures, visual effects and layouts to create cohesive and seamless social posts that best represent and set apart the Atomic sub-brand from the general DeWalt brand and other sub-brands.

THE OUTCOME

The final client deliverables were two options for the Atomic key art, as well as a set of 10 posts for the Facebook social carousel representing the Atomic sub-brand.

The Atomic key art displayed a variety of the DeWalt products in a pattern, along with the Atomic logo and tagline.

The social carousel post showcases each product in a separate card and highlights some of their features in order to visually distinguish the products’ capabilities and uses.
