The challenge was to design a prototype displaying a private wireless assessment questionnaire.
THE PROCESS
The process began with conducting a discovery meeting with our clients to understand their needs for the assessment tool. We followed up by creating a user flow to guide the user experience design. The next step involved designing custom website prototypes in Figma for both desktop and mobile layouts.
After creating an interactive prototype, we then presented it to our clients and the web development team. Once we refined the design, we conducted usability testing to gather user feedback and insights before the product launch. Working closely with the development team, we ensured the final product was built according to design specifications and standards.
THE OUTCOME
The final Private Wi-Q product embodies a user-friendly experience and responsive design that effectively captures the brand’s essence. The design also communicates CTS’s values and messaging with clarity and impact.
The Private Wi-Q assessment stands as a successful fusion of technology and design, delivering a visually compelling and user-centric experience while staying true to the brand's visual identity.
The final product not only meets but exceeds client expectations, functioning seamlessly to fulfill the intended purpose.
